Texora GardMAT

GuardMAT is a new special product from TEXORA. It is an universal rope protector, a mat which is made of innovative materials and allows it to be used in a variety of situations and places. The materilas used in GuardMAT: The back part of the mat (white), or the part which is intended for protection from abrasive or sharp surfaces, is made of HMPE, which is highly abrasion resistant material due to its properties plus the weaving technology and the woven density of twisted yarns. The upper surface of the protector, which is intended for contact with the ropes, is made of Meta/Para aramide mixed yarns with additional polyurethane dotted coating. The combination of all these materials makes it heat resistant, so when ropes slide over the surface of the protector, friction can cause hight teperature on the surface, but GuardMat is protected from heat and friction. The dotted material on the top of the GuardMat is also spark and fire resistant. The GuardMAT has a thick additional polyester internal layer made of 3mm thick heavy webbing woven by Texora, which serves as an additional protection against punctures and serves as an additional protection.
